When your pup needs support, the last thing you want is to wait around. Here's what to expect when you order Mobility: Healthy Hip & Joint:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day — our team needs their walkies too.
• Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow every step of the journey.
• Delivery Times: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the USA. Delivery windows may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Expedited options are available at an additional cost if your dog can't wait.
• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong destination — even if your dog would probably enjoy a surprise package.
• International Orders: We currently ship within the USA only. More destinations are on the horizon, so stay tuned.
